We are looking for someone to join our friendly house share from 1st December. Initially for three months, with possibility to extend.

We are looking for someone who is laid back but clean and friendly to share our home with, and an occasional cup of tea with, not just a stranger to share a kitchen with.

The house is a lovely three bedroom Victorian house with a large double sized kitchen, a shared living/dining room, a downstairs bathroom and boot room.

The room is a good sized, furnished double with en-suite shower room. There’s a big wardrobe and double bed.

Looking for young working professional or postgrad students. Maddie is a trainee CBT therapist and I am a Physiotherapist, although I am only living there part-time at the moment. So during the week it would be possible to use my bedroom as an office, or extra living room space, as it has a desk and sofa in (last photo). It's really important to us to find the right person who is clean and tidy with respect for shared spaces.

There is access to the garden through a side gate, with a bike shed. The garden is a gravel yard with but we have some pot plants and furniture so it’s nice to hang out in the summer,

We are in a great location in NR2, just outside the golden triangle, 20 minute walk to city centre and close to bus routes, easy to walk/cycle/bus to UEA and NNUH. There is also on street parking with no permits needed.
