The house is located in the much sort after Golden Triangle area of Norwich, it is close to bars, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants (all within a 5-7 min radius) and only a short walk into the city centre. There are bus stops about 3 mins walk away from the house, with buses going into the city and to the UEA

I am looking for someone to take the second room in the house. It is a spacious room and has got all facilities you’ll expect a decent room to have, including two wardrobes, a comfortable bed and bed side cabinet.

The house has a lovely living room with TV and comfortable sitting sofas, there is a bathroom and toilet, a dining area, kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils. There is also a spacious back garden to enjoy in the sunshine of summer time. All of these facilities are available to be shared.

I am a working professional, easy going and enjoy the outdoors and keeping busy in general.
