I'm looking for a clean, respectful and preferably professional person/s to live in my home. I live abroad and only come back for an occasional weekend or short trip a few times a year to visit friends and family so you would have the house to yourself for most of the time.
I have two rooms available, and would consider renting both at a higher overall monthly rent, (e. g. to two friends) but I would probably prefer to just rent one and keep my own bedroom free for my own occasional use. If renting both rooms is of interest to you please let me know in your message.
A little bit about me: I work in sustainability, enjoy being active and out in nature, surfing, cycling or going to gigs. Norwich has been my home for many years and I'm very fond of the city!
Bills included: council tax (band B), water, internet
Excluded bills: energy which is your responsibility.
Couples welcome for an additional £100 per month.
**Viewings available from 26th March onwards** I also have some videos of the house I can send via whatsapp beforehand.
In your message please tell me:
* Your age, gender and profession
* A bit about yourself :)
* Whether you have any pets
* What your routine is like (hours/days of work) type of activities during time off
* The date you are looking to move
* How long you intend to stay
* When you might like to view :)
I look forward to meeting you!
Becky
