Hi

Im looking for a housemate, it's a nice 2 bedroom house on Drayton road. Easy access to shops and the city centre. It's just me here at the moment with 2 soon to be outdoor cats. I'm currently inhabiting the bigger room but I imagine this is the room someone will want. It's all up for discussion

I'm a 33 year old professional guy, I'm a smoker, I like to play guitar and sometimes do paintings. I work evenings and often don't get back from work until 9pm so I have been know to stay up late but I try not to. I'm quiet and laid back, no drama.

Looking for someone trustworthy, reasonably quiet, tidy and nice. Someone who can look after the cats if I go away.
