I am advertising my room available from now (I am no longer living there) until beginning of August, with contract ending 02/08/25.
5 kind and friendly girls are currently living in the flat (It is an all girls flat).
The room is on the first floor, located close to both the stairwell and the lifts which are connected to ground floor reception. The reception has got 24hr CCTV and security on hand.
The room available is the biggest of the rooms in this flat offering more space and so therefore comes at a slightly higher rent of £191.00 pw.
The room is modernly furnished with a double bed with under bed storage, Wardrobe, desk, chair, Lamp, bedside light, radiator, coat pegs. The ensuite is modern and furnished with a toilet, shower cubicle, sink, and plenty of storage space, including a half length mirror above the sink, and a full length mirror on the wall next to it. The kitchen is shared by all flatmates, furnished with two electric hobs, microwave, oven, two fridges, storage cupboards, dishwasher, and sink.
There is a large square window in the room which overlooks the bus stop right next to the building. Additionally, the accommodation is placed right within the city centre too. It is a great location - well connected to everything (shops, transport, university, etc.).
My contract for this room began in September 2024, and ends August 2025. The rent is payed in 4 instalments. The first 3 of these I have already payed, so only one is left to pay on 05/05/2025.
