If you are a looking for a clean, tidy, quiet and friendly household - and have those qualities yourself - this might be the room for you! Its available for around 2 months, female only.

Set between the city and the UEA, with a good bus route and a park nearby, this area offers an ideal space.

The room for rent is a small double room, which is fully furnished with a bedside table, two-door wardrobe and a large closet, shelves, a computer desk and chair with a lamp.
There is an ensuite in the house therefore the communal bathroom would be mostly yours. There is a shared downstairs living room, as well as a communal top sitting room with a view.
There is also a shared family size fridge and a chest freezer. The kitchen has all cutlery, pans, knives etc for cooking and communal use, so no need to bring anything. Communal mugs, tumblers, wine glasses and pint glasses are all provided. There is a small garden with a patio and a shed, so if you have a bike there is plenty of space to store it.

Inclusive in the rent are all bills - water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, cleaning products, toilet paper.
There is on street parking. The city centre is a 15-20min walk away and a taxi from the city costs about £7, we are also seconds away from the nearest bus stop on Dereham Road.

I do have my partner visit and stay during the week.
