I'm moving home for a short period of time to save some money as I have been hit badly by redundancies / Covid.

The house was newly renovated when I moved in, in Feb so is in excellent condition with all amenities including

You'd be living with my current housemate Jason who is a teacher and very easy to get along with.

Jason spends the weekends working on saturdays and they with his girlfriend for the rest of the weekend so you would most likely have the house to yourself for the duration of the weekend.

Walking distance to Croydon Town and Crystal Palace is a short 15 minute bus or drive.

Free parking outside and the surrounding areas.

6 min walk, door to platform to Selhurst station which goes direct to Victoria and London Bridge
