The room is offered in a two-bedroom terraced house just 10 mins walk from NORWOOD JUNCTION STATION.

ROOM & SHARED SPACES:
DOUBLE BEDROOM on the first floor, the room has a north-east facing double window looking out on the front-drive, comes furnished with a single bed, a table/chair, and a built-in cupboard.

A spacious kitchen and living room, and a beautiful back garden to share. With the use of the usual, washing machine, dishwasher, and a fast 100mb broadband. The rent is all-inclusive! AND, there is no TV in the house!

TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS:
Norwood Junction is connected with the London Overground, fast trains to London Bridge take only 11 mins, and Victoria station. Woodside Tramlink just ten minutes to the south of the residence and numerous buses.

LOOKING FOR... I am looking to house share with a vegan/vegetarian person. Whatever your gender or sexuality, the desirable quality is a considerate, honest, tidy, responsible, and self-sufficient person, with good social skills. Those who can clean after themselves. As I work from home, my preference will be a flatmate who works 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday - but it's not a must! With the world emerging post-covid we are all learning together, and co-authors of new ways of working and living!

DEPOSIT/RENT/REFERENCES... A month's rent is required for deposit + rent to be paid in advance via bank transfer/standing order. There will be a letter of agreement and you would need to provide two references, one from work and one from the previous landlord.

ABOUT ME: I am an artist as well as provide therapeutic massage, working mostly from home, or travel to where projects take me. I identify as queer.
