Hello.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who works and is generally kind and considerate of others. In return you will have fantastic room mates and live in a beautiful house in a great central location. We are about a 7 minute bus ride from crystal palace station (432) or 10 mins from gypsy hill (450 bus or 417 bus or 432). Mini supermarkets and amenities are a 5 minute walk. There is free parking too.

It is a lovely, friendly, clean house (the landlord pays for a cleaner) with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and gas cooker. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a walk in shower. Two toilets. Two large fridges.

Bill are split between everyone.
