LOCATION: Great transport links, the house is situated between 3 tube stations, 8mins walk to Holland Park tube station/Latimer Road tube station and Shepherd's Bush tube/overground. Bus stop 295/315 is 1 min walk. & Westfield Shopping Centre is close by.

We are only 10-15 minutes walk to Portobello Rd and the vibrant and trendy Notting Hill scene, with many bars and restaurants as well as the wold famous Portobello Market. Holland Park itself is about 10-15 mins walk. Westfield shopping mall, Shepherds Bush market, food shops & a good variety of cafes & restaurants nearby. A short walk to Kensington Leisure Centre, fitness classes, gym swimming pool and Westway Sport Centre, and 2 cinemas.

THE ROOM: -bright double bedroom with a double bed with a quality memory foam mattress & fully furnished, including chest of drawers, double wardrobe, lamp, & full length mirror. Room cleaned weekly, including freshly laundered cotton bedding and towels.

Shared Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and Shared bathroom with power shower, bath, basin and lavatory.

I have a comfortable and relaxed family home, with much less family than used to be here ;o) so I once again have a spare room. Mostly it would be just sharing with me apart from one son who occasionally is home for a few days.
I'm easy going and work full time and I am an artist so from time to time there may be an ongoing project around!

I don't mind if you smoke but not indoors! The kitchen leads to the garden with covered area.

£750 Monday to Friday let only. £900 full time. Short term or long term.

You will be clean and tidy and considerate. I am flexible on days, but this would ideally suit someone who only needs to be in London for work.

I have had Monday-Friday lets previously and we are on quite a busy street so it wouldn't suit someone who needs to sleep during the day.

All Bills included, Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi, references and deposit required.
