We have a really nice ensuite bedroom getting available in our flat.

The flat is situated in St Marys Terrace, 5 min by walk from Paddington and Warwick Avenue. It's a safe area, with lot of buses, restaurant and shop literally next to the flat!

The flat is really beautiful with 1 separate kitchen with dinning space, 1 reception room, 2 bathrooms (One ensuite) and 3 bedrooms in total. It is fully furnished and all the bills are included. Extra, you have a private garden!

The idea is to have a proper flat sharing with people who are friends and not only sharers!
We want to create a warm and friendly atmosphere, with people sharing dinners and spending time together!
We are looking for people clean, tidy, and respectful of others!
A Cleaner will come around 6 times a month to clean the communal areas.
