Hello! I am renting out my amazing room in this super bright flat in Bayswater, as I am leaving for a couple of month.

The room comes fully furnished and it is available from the 17th of August to the 6th of December, with some flexibility (to discuss). Rent is £830 excluding bills.

The house includes one bathroom and a spacious and cosy dining room. The flat is fully equipped with integrated appliances. There is abundant natural light, a great TV and a comfy sofa to enjoy some indoors evening relax.
You will be sharing with my friend and current flatmate Sophie, an amazing and fun young professional.

Price of bills needs to be discussed - they include internet, gas, electricity and water.

The closest stations are Royal Oak station (5mn walk), Bayswater station (7mn walk) and Queensway station (10mn walk). Hyde Park is also a stone throw away.
