I am renting a double bedroom in a quiet, bright and well located flat. Very sad to be ending my time here, unfortunately work commitments have called me back to Australia.

The Room:
Spacious with much natural light and modern finish. Built-in wardrobe and storage. The room came unfurnished however I am open to leaving my double bed/bed base should this be of interest.

The Flat:
Two-storey property. Communal areas fully furnished by the remaining flatmate. Large open plan kitchen and living area connecting to a lovely light-filled atrium. Includes a private garden and underfloor heating.

The Current Flatmate:
29 year old female professional from Australia. Has lived in the flat for over a year and has been a pleasure to live with. Enjoys the balance between socialising/nights out and chilling at home. Consistently respectful and friendly.

The Terms:
I am looking for someone to move in ASAP. The current lease ends 29 May however there is the option to extend.
