The living/dining room is shared as is the kitchen. It's on the top floor of a new build block of flats but there isn't a lift. Parking is free street parking. All bills and council tax included. Door to door bus service to town by the 59 bus route. Other buses are a 5min walk away in Arnold town centre. The ring road is only a 5min drive away too, so access to the city is excellent! I am a live in landlord so please contact me if you would like to visit and have a look around my lovely flat!
