Couple for a replacement house mate for my 2020/2021 house. Rent is £118 per week excluding bills from 1st July 2020 for 52 weeks. The house has 4 parking spots and a large open plan living room/kitchen area. Along with 6 bathrooms, there are 3 fridge freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. House also has a large garden. House mates are all current second years at UoN who are nice guys to live with.
