1 bedroom available for Monday-Friday let in 4 bedroom property. I’m looking for somebody who has their own life but seeks a mid-week base for work. However, I would consider 7 day let for the right fit (the monthly cost of the room would need to be revised for this option). Short-term lets between tenancies/ for student placements would also be considered.

Note *I sometimes care for adults with learning disabilities over the weekends, so 7 days lets would be subject to fairly stringent vetting.

I currently work in Cambridgeshire, and am in the office a couple of days a week. Otherwise, I work remotely.

The house is a very peaceful retreat and would suit someone who likes their own space and is clean and tidy.

The bedroom has a double ottoman tv bed with plenty of storage, and a built in wardrobe space.

I share my home with a VERY pampered Bengal cat. My friends describe the house as a cat hotel… guilty! A fellow cat mom would be preferred. Somebody who is fluent in cats and all their isms…is happy with giving fusses (or being ignored, depending on his mood), and wouldn’t mind the occasional play time (which is pretty much all he wants to do).
