I have a double room in Billborough. Great location, close to M1, 8min from Nottingham Uni & short 15min drive to City Centre. Also nearby to countryside, beautiful walks around Cossal.

As I work in Kent and recently had a baby I will not be permanently at the house. I am looking for someone who will respect my home but also enjoy it whilst I'm not there. Keeping it clean and tidy. I have family near by and so will stay at the house when visiting in my own room.

Property has a single room which is rented out. Again this is occupied by a teacher who visits his family some weekends and school holidays.

Room available is Double room:
Room is fully furnished with TV & fire stick. Would prefer if you had your own bedding, but can provide if not. Price includes all bills, broadband, wifi and council tax and the is parking.
The will be an additional £50 monthly charge if you are working from home to cover the increasing energy prices.

House was purchased 2020 so pretty new washing machine & recent tumble dryer & bolior purchase and other kitchen amenities. Was working on getting it to my style before pregnancy, so place is still not finished but all livable and your bedroom is all done.

Cleaner for main areas comes monthly included in price.

Has large garden and shared use of kitchen, and lounge when I'm away.
