This listing is for one double bedroom (queen sized bed) in my quiet home (1 other occupant) . There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom which is shared only with me.

The Location:
The house is in a great location, 20 mins walk away from central Beeston with its shops, cinema and restaurants. Also within a 15-20 min walk are the beautiful Wollaton Park and University Park. Nottingham City centre is only 25 mins away by public transport.

About Me:
I live in the house and work from home some of the week. I can always be contacted and am happy to help in any way I can. I keep my house peaceful, calm, quiet, tidy and very clean which is how I like it given I have a demanding job and my home is my refuge and place of calm. In my free time I bake, run, volunteer with my church, spend time with friends + family and enjoy travelling.

What I'm Looking For:
I'm ideally looking for someone to stay Mon-Fri but would also consider a full time lodger if they were the right person.

I will offer you a rolling contract on a month by month basis with the ability for one week's notice by either party to end the contract.

The Bedroom:
This double bedroom has original wooden flooring, is painted in grey and has natural curtains and matching light shade. I can provide bed linen and bedding for a lodger. There is space under the bed for storage, a clothes rail and a built in bookshelf. It has beautiful views of the garden as it is at the back of the house. All bedding and a towel can be provided.

The Space:
My house is minimalist and the bedrooms, shower room and living room are decorated in peaceful neutral colours.

The living room is a relaxing space featuring a sofa, cosy armchair, small dining table for 2, a TV and boardgames.

The garden is my small haven (albeit sometimes a wild space as gardening is not my area of expertise.) There is a large table out there, perfect for alfresco dining and a relaxing summer work space (the Wi-Fi works well out there.)

The shower room has been recently been refurbished with storage, a walk in shower (with waterfall head and second handheld shower head), sink and toilet.

I enjoy cooking and baking so the kitchen is equipped with all you need. There is space in the fridge and freezer.

The hallway and kitchen are next on my list to redecorate but for now they are clean and function well.

There is a double driveway with space for two cars.

Lodger Access:
Lodgers can access the whole house apart from my private bedroom.
