I am looking for a replacement tenancy for a student accommodation called the Laceworks in Nottingham. It is near the train station and is a one bed en-suite bronze studio and is £180 per week (51 weeks from September).

It is paid in Instalments, you would pay the weeks left from when you move in, with two more instalments in January and April.

It has a free gym. a garden area, a smart tv in the room as well as a cinema room and a laundry room.

It is a 10 minute tram journey to Nottingham Trent and a 19 minute journey to University of Nottingham.
