The spare room in my house is available to rent. The bed can either be double or single depending on what you prefer (it's a pull out).

Comes fully furnished, though I'm happy to remove some furniture if you have your own.

You'll be sharing the house with me and my little dog, so it's important that you're dog friendly!

The house is located on a quiet street really close to town - 15 minute bus ride or about a 10 minute drive. Also very close to Lidl and not far from a big Tesco. There's parking available if you have a car.

As this is my home, I'm looking for someone who wants to make this their home as well rather than someone just renting a room. It would be nice for us to be able to have a meal together every now and then (I love cooking and baking!), or a glass of wine after work.

The room is available immediately. Rent includes all bills. I’d prefer a female housemate, and no couples please.
