I'm looking for a replacement tenant for a lovely student flat in West Bridgford.
There is one double room available, including a bed with mattress, a desk and a wardrobe. Two shared bathrooms plus a separate shared toilet, a shared kitchen and communal living room.
The flat is in a great location, just a minute walk away from all the shops and restaurants on central avenue and directly in front of Bridgford Park. The flat is conveniently next door to the Co-op and post office and there is also a bus stop right outside, running frequent buses into the city centre, which is just a 10-minute journey away.
We have 4 boys and 3 girls in the flat - all second year students at NTU. Everyone is super friendly and easy going.
The rent is £105pw, bills inclusive.
Street parking available, however permits required.
