Situated in the heart of Forest Fields on Exeter Road, this end terrace house has two bedrooms available. 1 from the 10th December and 1 from the 21st December.

The location is ideal for access to town (about a 20/25 minute walk); it’s close to the NET tram link, and regular bus services, on top of this it’s very close to several large supermarkets and excellent local amenities. There is on street parking.

The bills included in the rent are; council tax, broadband, water rates, gas and electric. The communal areas are cleaned by a cleaner every two weeks and this cost is also included in the rent.

Currently there are two females living in the property and they would ideally like a fourth female to join them. They have recently finished studying as mature students at Nottingham Trent University. They currently do some teaching work online from home and appreciate quiet housemates to enable them to do this.
