The house is spacious and updated with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a microwave, kettle and toastie maker. There is a large garden featuring a football goal with a deck and outdoor furniture along with a BBQ grill. There is also a driveway with space for 2 cars.

The current tenants are clean, respectful and friendly, studying Maths, Computer Science and Sports Science. They are content keeping to themselves but also happy to socialise through playing games, watching TV and drinking.

As it is student housing, tenants are exempt from paying council tax. The bills are sorted through an external company and the tenant Chris ensures you will get the best deal.

The Landlord and her husband are kind and friendly, quick to assist with any issues that may require their attention.

Myself and the other tenant have moved out of the accommodation due to transferring to different universities. There were no issues with the house or the current tenants.
