We are a young professional couple in beautiful Oakham looking for a housemate to rent the double room (with separate shower room and separate toilet room) in the extension of our quiet home. The room is available during week days only.

All bills and utilities included (subject to fair use)

The room is fully furnished with a memory foam double bed, side table, desk, book case and lamps with a bright floor to ceiling window, wifi router and TV points. The room is very quiet (it's in it's own part of the house) and is much bigger than a standard double room. There is a lovely silver birch tree outside the window.

The private shower room has a full sized power shower and heated towel rail. The private toilet room also has a sink and radiator with a small frosted window. You will have sole use of these three rooms and shared use of the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is very large with plenty of storage and a wonderful south facing garden to enjoy plenty of sunshine.

The garden has a few different areas to sit on a lounger and enjoy some privacy. There is a back gate that leads directly to the parking area behind the house.

There is a good sized living room with a large TV, XBOX, Netfilx etc and a comfy sofa and lounger chairs.

We are a friendly, child-free household, we both work from home usually. We do ask that our new housemate does not bring anyone back to the house, as it is ultimately our private home too. Our street is very quiet and leafy, the only people we really see is a few dog walkers, yet we are a 10 minute walk directly into the middle of Oakham with all its great pubs and restaurants.

There is a Lidl and Aldi a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. The gym at Catmose College is also a 2/3 minute drive away.

There is plenty of guest parking round the back of the property for a normal sized car. We regularly walk to the train station (8 min walk) to get fast trains to Peterborough or London)

We are looking for a friendly female professional or student/grad student, non smoker who enjoys Rick and Morty (optional)
