Hi there!

Sadly this household is breaking up after a couple of years together - one flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend, the other is relocating for her new job.
Hence, we have 2 double rooms available in a new, 3 bed flat in Hackney Wick.
At least 1 female preferred to keep the balance.

Slightly bigger than room 1, it can even fit a bicycle as you can see from the pictures!

Both rooms open to the balcony and gets plenty of natural light. They overlook a small pedestrian square, with no traffic noise.
They share a nice and spacious bathroom with bath/shower, and additional storage space in the hallway.
Both rooms come unfurnished, except from the wardrobe in the larger room which you can use for free until I need it.

THE FLAT
4th floor in a new build on the edge of Olympic Park, looking over the canal; next to HereEast.
The flat is spacious, with modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). Underfloor heating independent for every room.
There is a large balcony with great views across the City; lovely to have a coffee or just chill in the summer evenings.

Please note that most of the furniture will be taken out, incl. table/chairs, sofa, tv; if you have anything to bring over, that's a plus.

3 mins walk to Hackney Wick; 10 to Stratford.
388 bus takes you to London Bridge going across Mare St, Bethnal Green.

The area is great, quiet, with lots of natural spaces: on your doorstep you have the canal, Olympic Park, and Hackney Marshes.
It's just a short walk to Vicky Park.
There are a couple of coffee places, a Tesco express downstairs; and of course you have Stratford at 10-15 mins walk with Westfield where you can find pretty much everything you need (big Waitrose, M&S, Argos, the lot).

There are some lively bars, restaurants and clubs all along the canal: Hackney Bridge, Number90, Barge East, Crate and many more.

Bills: council tax, internet, water, heating: usually around £130 pm.

ABOUT ME
I am Luca, 32M from Venice, Italy but I've been living in London for over 7 years.
I work in IT consulting, mainly WFH (from my room), once or twice a week visiting office or clients.

I am very much into cycling and rock climbing. I go to the gym or train almost every day, usually in the evenings after work.
I like to chill in the living room or the balcony - reading a book, watching the news or having a cup of tea and a chat.

Cleanliness is very important - we want the flat to be tidy and well looked after.
I have my own things going on, but I don't mind sharing a drink, having dinner or spending some time together outside the flat from time to time!
I am looking for someone like-minded, who will treat this flat like their home; respectful of other people's time and space, but also sociable enough.
