Looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate housemate who want to make this flat a home. I currently work in research and analytics, enjoy socialising, and am always up for a drink at local pubs or house events. I enjoy playing and watching sports, i currently work in that industry. That said, I also value my own space and downtime.
The current housemates are moving out as our three-year tenancy is coming to an end, and the lease will be renewing. The new tenancy includes a two-month break clause, which can be activated at any time.
House will be deep cleaned prior to move in date.
