I am looking for a new flat mate to join me in August (happy for this to be earlier if the right flatmate comes along, my current flatmate moves out on the 20th June). This is my own flat with two double bedrooms - I live in one and am looking to rent the other out. The flat is located in the lovely area of Simpson with a great pub in walking distance and right next to Caldecotte lake (which is brilliant for cycling, running and countryside walks). You can also get to central Milton Keynes in about 7 minutes in the car.

Your bedroom and private bathroom are located at one end of the flat and mine is down the other. Your bedroom includes a built in wardrobe with good storage space. There is also a kitchen and lounge diner for us to use together. I have recently put in new bathrooms and redecorated so it really will be a lovely place to call home. There is also a private off-road parking space for you.

Ideally I would like another girl similar to my age and a full time professional. The £650pcm rent includes all bills plus fast BT WiFi. I will ask for one months rent up front as a deposit.
