Sunny room in quiet 3- bedroom house, it’s fully furnished with use of shared bathroom, kitchen and off road parking, with fast fibre broadband. 3rd room is reserved for my 4 years old son, who will be living with me when not with his mother.

I rent the house directly from landlord and pay all bills but no TV licence as I don’t watch propaganda.
I cook my own food which is delicious, varied and I don’t mind cooking for housemate.
I’m recovering from broken leg in motorcycle accident, so not currently working and I take medical cannabis for pain.
I walk bare foot, which means no dirt on any floors.
I don’t mind your gender as long as you keep up to minimum hygiene standards (toilet seat always down when not in use).
