The room is sunny, well decorated with a new carpet. We have a family dog and cat living in the house so someone that loves animals! We have had many friendly, happy students stay that have loved living in a home from home. It has a single bed, armchair, desk and chest of drawers. There is a TV aerial should you wish to bring your own TV.

The room would ideally suit a quiet, clean female student who does not want to live in halls of residence or a noisy, student house.
The room is for one person and not for partners or friends to stay over. Please be aware that there is not a shared living room that can be used by the person who is renting the room. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and washing machine.

Females preferred please who do not want to live in a student party house but a nice, clean, family home.
