Looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat on Iffley Road as my current flatmate is graduating this year. Looking for somebody who will be here for at least the next academic year. The place is very nice, well situated with a large kitchen, living room and looks out onto a garden that is shared with other flats in the building. The property is managed by a maintenance team who are very responsive and helpful with day to day issues like replacing broken appliances, etc. Note you must be a student at Oxford University if you intend to rent for the year - this is not my choice but required by the landlord in the contract! Council tax band is C but if you are a full time student we will be exempt.
