Hi there, I will be abroad for two months to get married and am looking for someone to sublet the apartment that I rent while I'm gone. It is really lovely, idyllic and central, overlooking Christ Church meadow and the Isis river. I am looking for occupants who will take good care of the place while I'm gone, especially as I will return to it as my marital home. The cost listed includes bills (internet, water, gas, electricity). It is available from July 24th to September 20th. Do keep in mind that while I will make room for new occupants, many of my things will remain in storage in the bedroom, so it will not be completely empty. I am also a practising Christian and some religious articles may be about the apartment; occupants should be comfortable enough with these not to move them.
