Sadly, I am moving out at the beginning of December, so we need a flatmate ASAP! The room could be available as early as the 8th of December, but can be slightly flexible on the move-in date.

We are a 5 bed household (4M, 1F), of which 3 PhD students and 2 professionals, from all places around the World, working/studying in different fields. Currently in our household, we have a Greek (George) studying Biology, a German (Stefanie) in Maths, an Italian (Antonio) in A. I., Ecuadorian (Pablo) in Political Science and myself.

Students also welcome; provided you are okay with sharing the council tax. We are living just off St Clements street near South Park. We are looking for someone to join our friendly household, we like to cook dinners together or hang out, play sports, watch films, you name it!

You’d be living in a house with a cosy living room, beautiful bright kitchen and conservatory, 2 bathrooms and a big garden.

The Room available is a relatively small but cosy room with a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 shelves, and a wardrobe.
Bills: gas, electricity, internet, cleaner, council tax. Roughly 110£ per month.
