The House:
On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a shared living room and dining room space, a kitchen, and a toilet. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, gas stove and oven, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a bathroom (including shower and bath), a small shared office space, and two bedrooms. We also have a driveway where you can park, a pretty huge garden, and a shed with a good amount of storage.
The Room:
Upstairs, looks out to the garden. It's a double room with a king bed. Comes with furniture but you could also fit a few of your own bits in should you wish. Please note, the rent listed does not include any of the bills. We each take admin responsibility for a couple of services and manage everything on Splitwise, shared equally (they average £110 each in total, costing more in winter). Council tax band C.
The People:
Friendly LGBT+ folk, like kitchen chats and homely vibes, but also independent and do lots outside of the house. Both work for the uni and have too many hobbies (ranging from powerlifting to singing and crafts).
You:
Similar to us. LGBT+. Not hugely into drinking and partying. Non-smoker and no drugs please. Hopefully looking to create a nice homey vibe with us. We would be ok with students, but you'd still need to split the council tax with us. Couples also considered: bills would be split 4-ways equally, and rent would be £800pcm. The contract is done via a letting agent, so you'll need to provide references, income, etc.
