I'm looking for a clean and respectful female tenant to rent the second bedroom in my cozy 2-bedroom house in Cowley.

About the property:
The house is located in a quiet area with excellent transport links, local shops, and amenities nearby.
The room has a single bed but it can also fit a double bed if you want to change it. We will share a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house also has a small garden, and parking space is available on the street. I have a cat, so you must be ok with that.

About me:
I am a working woman in my thirties, and I enjoy a calm and peaceful home environment. I like making friends with the people I live with, but I'm also respectful of your private life.

About you:
I'm looking for someone who will keep the property clean and tidy. I don't want loud parties at home, and I can't accept smokers either. Ideally, you should like cats or at least be able to tolerate them. If you want to bring another pet, it will have to be approved by my cat first. 😼
