We are looking for a pet friendly lodger who is able to put up with the fact that we have two cats who are very much considered to be family members. Please note that we don't want any more cats in the house :)

Our house is situated 3 minutes walk from local shops or 15 minute walk to Abingdon town centre where there is more choice for shopping. Also just a 10 minute walk from regular bus services to Oxford City, Didcot & Wantage.

The room is 8' 6" x 7' 8" and is furnished with a single bed, desk & wardrobes.

There is a separate bathroom and also a separate toilet. These would be shared with the other lodgers.

We have Wireless Broadband capability. The kitchen, freezer, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier would be shared. We would accept smokers who only light up outside and clear up after themselves.

My name is Grant and I live with wife Gill and we are both good and honest people to get on with. As stated above, we have two cats, so you will need to be able to get on with having pets around.

We would prefer clean and fairly tidy people who are happy to accept our not unreasonable house rules and a basic tenancy agreement.
