Large double room in 3-bed Edwardian house to live with 50 year old female arts professional and friendly cat. Fully furnished with mainly 1930s mahogany furniture - large wardrobe, dressing table, double bed with good quality mattress. Large bathroom with bath and shower on the same floor, exclusive to your use other than the occasional guest. This house has been entirely refurbished and decorated in the last 3 years and has a designer kitchen, comfortable living room, dining room, mature garden and two sheds!

Would be happy to welcome a full-time post-grad or professional housemate or a professional staying regularly Monday - Friday for £525pcm, with some weekends at no extra charge.

All bills and wifi included. House professionally cleaned every 2 weeks including bed linen changed etc. Owner regularly works very long hours but when home will cook dinner for everyone. In return you need to be relied upon to feed the cat when I'm away/out.

Amenities include central heating, washer/dryer, range cooker, enormous fridge/freezer, microwave, very well-equipped kitchen etc.

The house is 30 mins walk from Carfax with a bus stop, small supermarket and great fish and chip shop within 2 mins walk. The Thames Path is less than ten mins walk away too. It's in lovely, friendly East Oxford.

Socially-distanced viewings available, preferably after 6pm weekdays.
