The property is a large Edwardian semi detached in East Oxford. Only a few minutes away from the Cowley Road and very close to the river and Donnington Bridge.

The room is a fully furnished double room for single occupancy and it is light and spacious. It has its own beautifully tiled shower room. Bedding and towelling will be provided. There will be hanging space in a wardrobe in the room and a large chest of drawers for storage. There is shared use of the kitchen and of the garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi, central heating and all mod cons.
The price is inclusive of all bills, council tax and wi-fi and is of £650.00 per month. I am currently looking to rent the room from January.

This is very much a family home. I have two daughters although one is at university and is only at home occasionally. We also have a very friendly dog.
We are looking for someone who is respectful and easygoing.
We would endeavour to make their stay with us as pleasant as possible.
