We have a spacious double room available in our house share just off Cowley Rd, OX4. The room has a large window allowing a lot of light in, and comes furnished.

The house itself is nice and spacious, we have a comfortable lounge which is ideal for hanging out in after work. There's also a small courtyard which comes in handy for BBQs in the summer and a large modern kitchen. The house has 2 bathrooms one with a shower, the other with a massive bath and 3 toilets. It's in a great location, being just round the corner from the Rusty Bicycle, oil's thai and Magdalen Arms, and it's a short 5 minute walk to the supermarkets, pubs, restaurants on Cowley Rd. Walking distance to town centre or a 5 minute bike ride.

About us - we're two males and one female aged 25-29, one Australian/Hong Kong, two French (both fluent English speakers). We're pretty laid back so we're just looking for someone friendly and relaxed to take the room. We all do our own thing but we will go out together from time to time or share a housemate dinner.

The room is available now (move in date to be discussed).

Rent is £563 a month but we pay £690 to cover all bills which includes fibre optic broadband, TV, gas and electricity and cleaners who come every two weeks. Easy on-street parking.
