We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our awesome professional house share. Sadly, our housemate is leaving to do a PHD out of the country in July, so we would need to find a replacement for her.

The 4 bedroom house is based on a very quiet road in Lye Valley with close access to lovely walking routes. It is a 5 min walk to the Churchill Hospital.

We are an open-minded bunch of good friends. We have a cat around so you would need to be pro pets! We may consider having an additional pet (cat, small dog).

We like having dinners together and the occasional movie nights! We’re very chilled out and respectful of each other and the space we share. It’s a clean and tidy house, so we would like someone who is considerate and can keep tidy and clean too.

We share expenses for the essentials - like soap, toilet paper, cleaning products and the dynamic works really well.
