After two years of living in this lovely flat I have decided to go on a little excursion across Europe so I am unfortunately having to leave this amazing flat behind.

The room is a spacious double that comes with all the furniture you see in the pic; the chair, desk and cosy armchair. It also has a wardrobe and a cupboard for all your clothes. And it has its own sink!

The kitchen is huge but there’s no living room. There’s one large bathroom and one smaller toilet as well. We have dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

My flatmates are all women and so are looking for women, sorry lads! this is a LGBTQ+ friendly household.

It’s a very social flat - we often chill together and go out together when we can find the time but we also are very respectful of each others space. I’m sure the gals would be looking for someone who would fit this dynamic. It’s also a very clean flat and we have weekly cleaning rotas, so if you also like living in a clean flat and are capable of pulling your weight when it comes to cleaning this is the place for you!

We also have a little cat called kitty who’s very friendly, chill and to be honest absolutely adorable so if you’re allergic or don’t like cats unfortunately this place may not be for you!

It’s about 5 minutes walk from palmers green station on the national rail and a 20 minute bus ride from Wood Green tube station. We are right on the high street so nothing is too far of a walk, the Morrisons is a 5 minute walk away and the sainsburys is about 15 minute walk. There’s also loads of cafes and bakery’s along the high street.
