A bright and airy double room, biggest room in the house available with most billsincluded except gas (top up meter, which is shared equally) that comes furnished / unfurnished. The house is clean and tidy and well looked after , we’re looking for a professional who is also wants to live in a clean and tidy home. We all enjoy cooking and eating together and maintaining the garden and we would ideally like someone to come on board and have the same approach. We are super friendly and welcoming but also respect everyone else’s space and their privacy!

The property has a garden with bbq and a drive big enough for 2 cars and is close to several bus stops and the closest underground stations is Southgate but we are closer to winchmore hill and palmers green over ground stations.
