Hey everyone,

Me and my flatmates are looking for two new flatmates to join us in our lovely house in Bounds Green.

🏡The house is located, 2 min walk from a bus stop that takes you to central London, 12 min walk from Bounds Green Station (Piccadilly Line) and a 30 min walk from Ally Pally.

We are a house of 4 at the moment, but we have a couple moving into a room so we'll be 5 in total. Currently we are 2 boys and 2 girls😊. We have a large dining room/living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a big garden.

👫We're all good friends who are easy going, enjoy going for walks, going to the theatre, playing sports, having a boogie on a night out and taking it in turns to cook each other dinner. We are a fairly active household, but still love socialising and going to events, exploring and doing all the random things that London has to offer. We'd just like to find someone who can gel and hopefully become good friends with🥰

Cleanliness is also an important factor for us, and someone who can maybe join in on the cooking rota but no pressure if you're no chef!
We've had some awful meals in the past (mainly made by me) but they make for some good stories.

💰Rent:

Bills are not included but they never go over 100/110£ a month.

1st room: £715 It's the smallest room in the house but it's still quite spacious - it has a lot of storage and it comes fully furnished (as photos)

2nd room: £730 spacious double room - so much storage! The room comes full furnished (as photos)

📆Move in date is 1st September.
