Small double room in a charming Victorian terraced house. High ceilings and wooden floors. Sharing with an artist/illustrator, school teacher and film/tv production guy. Lovely quiet street close to the delightful Bellenden Road, equidistant between trendy Peckham Rye and East Dulwich. Lots of choice for restaurants, bars, parks and supermarkets. This is a laid back, friendly, clean and tidy house. We’re all quite busy but there’s always time for a chat. We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks. Ideally we need someone to move in on the 1st of November. No pets, no couples, sorry. The room is £395 and bills are £100 a month and is paid on the 1st of every month.
