Double bed with shared storage underneath (only occasional access is required with consent for suitcases when travelling). Table to work on, as well as a wardrobe in your room.

3 mins walk from the gorgeous Burgess park, which has park run every Saturday morning, cafés, tennis courts to hire at a very reasonable rate, a great space for rolling skating and other activities such as boot camp. Nearby, at walking distance or a short bus ride you can get to Camberwell, Denmark Hill, Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Elephant and Castle all of which have a good range of bars, pubs, restaurants and a lot more to offer. Food stores are also a plenty, ranging from larger supermarkets to independents. There is a large Tesco supermarket within 10 minutes walk.

The flat is part of a new development, which has restricted through traffic making it a quiet street. CCTV is operated on the site of low rise flats.

Ground floor so birds chirping and close to the greenery outside.

We get a weekly cleaner (included in bills) and in between maintain the flat ourselves. No shoes are worn inside the flat.

Dishwasher and washing machine in next to new condition.
