I am sad to be leaving my flat shared with my lovely room mate Aria as I move on to my own place.

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bath, spread across 3 floors.

The large double bedroom available is on the 3rd floor along with the very large bathroom with stand alone shower and bath. NOT en-suite.

The flat is unfurnished, but happy to discuss selling anything you may need / want that’s currently in the room / flat.

Aria will still be living here she’s 30 Australian, working as a project manager super friendly and always up for a chat & drink. Aria is very social and would like to live with a like minded social professional. Dog lover.

The current contract on the flat is till 24 November 2025 at which point there is an option to extend. The property is managed by Acorn, there will be a reference check and change of name on the contract. Need to be making (£33k+ to pass references)
