Hello! I'm moving out of this lovely south London flat so looking for someone to move in from 15th January.
The Flat / Room:
We’re the top floor of a terrace conversion, looking to fill a furnished double room. It’s a two bed flat sharing with my flatmate Will - a kind, considerate and lovely person to live with! The flat is a. light filled space with cute kitchen, bathroom and separate living/dining room.
The room itself is furnished with a wardrobe, big chest of draws and bed side cabinet. The bed and mattress are mine but available to stay for a fee, or can be removed if you have your own.
Plenty of room to work from home in the shared living space. We’ve got friendly downstairs neighbours and the street itself is safe and peaceful.
The Admin:
- Available from 15th January.
- Taking over the remainder of a 12 month contract that runs until November 2025.
- Rent £850 per month, with bills on top - council tax (Southwark Council band C), gas & electric, water, internet, TV licence - coming to approximately £140 per month.
- No deposit required - we have a Zero Deposit Scheme agreement in place with the landlord which your name would be added to.
- Guarantor & References required.
The Location:
Having been here for 4 years, I have absolutely loved this spot. The flat is right next to Peckham Rye Common so green space on the doorstep. We’re a 10 - 15 minute walk to Nunhead, East Dulwich and Peckham, so close to everything you could want; supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, cinema, shops and all the fun things south London has to offer.
Closest stations are Peckham Rye and Nunhead with great transport links to central London (London Bridge in 10 mins, Shoreditch High St 25 mins on the overground), as well as plenty of bus routes on the doorstep.
About you:
Looking for someone to join a chilled, homey and clean household, who is up for a sense of a communal living when it comes to chipping in on cleaning etc. Striking that lovely balance of having our own things going on but comfortable to socialise and have a laugh together. LGBTQ+ friendly.
Also looking for someone who is happy to live in an alcohol free flat.
The current flatmate Will is a friendly creative, currently doing an MA in filmmaking and loves travelling, photography and movies. He's super chilled, funny and really easy to live with.
Starting viewings asap so drop me a message if you’d like to come and take a look!
