Double bedroom for rent in Peckham just a 5 minute walk from Peckham bus station, and 10 mins from Peckham Rye and Queens Road stations. Walkable to Forza Wine, Peckhamplex, markets, Lidl, Morrisons, and great pubs and cafes in Nunhead. Bus to Kings Cross is a 40 min journey.

Relaxed, friendly flatmates who like to cook, watch films, and try new restaurants and pubs together every once in a while. Shared bathroom with great water pressure/bathtub and shared toilet. Bedroom is the quietest in the house, has tons of natural light, and an excellent view of our private patio/garden. Flat includes finished basement for storage and hanging out, a pool table, and bike storage indoor or outdoor. Utilities and council tax usually come out to around £85 per month. I am only leaving as I have taken a position outside London, otherwise I'd love to stay in this comfortable, clean, sociable, well-located flat!
