We want someone to join our sociable house share just off Rye Lane in Peckham. The Move-in date is 5th January, and we have been here for three years. Rent is £950 a month bills included, and rent is paid on the 20th of each month.

My Partner and I are moving house for a new adventure and am sadly passing on my place in this amazing house to someone else, a bit about your new housemates:

Ethan, 30 years old. A super sociable and generous person working in supply chain verification! He's always down for sesh and hang, and skateboards regularly.

Billie, 28, working in recruitment, is our lovable friend who has become part of the family since we met her a couple of years ago. Might make you her super special Sri Lankan Dahl 😋

Billy, 30, works as a sound and audio technician. Billy is our resident chiller, a super laid-back guy when he’s not maxin’ relaxin’ he’ll be in his room producing music.

Collectively we enjoy a good balance of wholesome and fun, all equally as happy with a spontaneous night out until the early hours or a nice dinner and drink around a fire in the garden.

We often cook and eat together and all enjoy each other's company socially but equally enjoy our own space. It would be nice to welcome a girl into the house to keep a nice balance but very open to a guy too if the shoe fits 😊

All enjoy a weekend away now and then, we all love a camping trip, some time in nature or some foraging for mushrooms (not just the magic one 😉) but also all have active social lives within London so there’s always a chance to join along for some fun nights out or lazy Peckham days if you fancy it!
