Hello, we are a loving family who have a spare double bedroom to rent out. The room currently has a brand new double bed and mattress. I can order a new wardrobe set when you move in (see picture) or you can bring your own furniture. You will also have a private shower room. All bills and WIFI (Virgin, fast and unlimited) are included. A washing machine and dryer will be available for you to use. There is a large kitchen and dinning room which will be shared. The house is a large detached property, so there is plenty of space for everyone. We are close to the city center and Queens park. We would prefer to have a female due to having young children. We don’t mind anyone claiming housing benefit.
