The outgoing tenant works in Fitness Training and the remaining tenant is a Paramedic who works night shift so is at home sleeping during the day, so you will have the apartment to yourself alot if you work 9-5 hours.
The building is currently undergoing works, (Scheduled to end Sept 2026) so whilst is it quiet out of construction hours, during weekdays you may hear some noise, so may best suit someone working 9-5 hours offsite , as we can't guarantee silence if you WFH (although the current tenant is nightshift and at home during construction hours)
The Huge private roof terrace is currently unavailable for use due to works going on, but will be available for the occupants use once the scaffolding comes down.
